Student Wins Prize at Midwestern Symposium on UG Research in Chemistry Print E-mail

Fariha Mahmood, a second year NSERC USRA student in the Saravanamuttu group, received the prize in the Physical Chemistry division for her poster entitled "Rapid, switchable self-trapping of laser light in a spiropyran-functionalized hydrogel" at the recently-held Midwestern Symposium on Undergraduate Research in Chemistry (MSU-R:CHEM).

Attendees from our department included Peter Ho, Fariha Mahmood and Daniel Stuart.
